Great minds think alike! :)  I share your vision for an open assessment bank and have been working towards it, in the form of QCommons.org, for the past year or so as part of my PhD research in the HCII at CMU. (More on my blog: http://openeducationresearch.org/)

Thank you for registering on the site. You&#039;ll be glad to know that it&#039;s open source and builds on Drupal, which appears to be your plan with FullMarks. I hope we can avoid too much duplication of effort. Both ours as system developers and the efforts of the community participants who are the most important.
